Job Description

As trainee you will quickly develop yourself into an experienced Product Specialist. The role involves working within a team of Product Specialists with whom you provide third-line customer support. Problem tickets will be analysed with the objective to resolve with an appropriate solution or fix. The trainee will gain in-depth knowledge and experience of our product and customers and become a true Product Specialist within Orisha Commerce organisation.

You:

• Have strong affinity with IT
• Have knowledge of all versions of Windows and networking in general
• You have affinity with SQL or you want to learn the basics asap
• Like to think about solutions and provide these to the customers
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a good sense of humour, we are a fun company
• Are flexible
• Are a team player and a self-starter
