Associate attorney Corporate/M&A

To strengthen and grow our Corporate/M&A section, location 's-Hertogenbosch, we are looking for an enthusiastic associate attorney. Does this position suit you? Then we are looking for you!

Who are we?

The section Corporate/M&A is a fast growing practice with a young team where you advise in a friendly but also professional atmosphere. You will assist clients in mergers, acquisitions, investments, management participations, collaborations and restructurings. You will work closely together with the other sections within our firm. The Corporate/M&A section operates from both 's-Hertogenbosch and Amsterdam, where you will be based in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Our clients come to us for high-level service and personal attention from a small team.

Who are you?

An ambitious lawyer who is eager to further expand the practice with us. An independent and enterprising professional who has a practical and client-oriented attitude. You enjoy working in a team and if you have a sense of humor that is definitely a plus.
