Our Treasury Manager is dedicated to executing and developing the ASICS EMEA treasury strategy. In this pivotal role, you will combine short- and long-term focus with resources to support our strategic endeavours. You will meticulously maintain Treasury Policies and Procedures that resonate with our corporate philosophy and the guidance from ASICS headquarters in Japan.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Director of Finance, and as part of the role, you’ll:

• Safeguard priority setting in the team to ensure issues are solved promptly and structurally, together with other stakeholders.
• Initiate process improvements and potential policy changes for higher efficiencies and/or improved forecast accuracy.
• Be responsible for In-House Banking and Cash Forecasting processes.
• Be responsible for optimising the bank structure, maintaining bank relations and streamlining cash flows.
• Be responsible for the Bank Guarantee and Credit Card requests and issuance processes.
• Be responsible for hedging and forward contracts every quarter.

More about you.

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Accountancy.
• Six to eight years of experience in Finance and Accounting, with experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Forecasting, and FX Risk Management.
• Fluency in English, with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency.
• Efficiency in commercial and financial analysis.
