Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance Collaboration: Strengthen collaboration between regional and local teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of the global strategy.
• Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends and technologies to stay ahead of industry changes and leverage new opportunities.
• Supplier Engagement: Develop strong relationships with suppliers to drive negotiations and ensure favorable terms.
• Sustainability Focus: Prioritize sustainability initiatives, including CO2 emission reduction and renewable energy usage, to align with Danone's One Planet, One Health vision.
• Efficiency Programs: Implement efficiency programs to optimize costs and improve productivity across the category.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
• Benchmarking: Regularly benchmark against industry peers to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

As Global Buyer - Glass & Water Specialties Category you will work inside Bottling Solutions Team. Meet your future manager! You will be reporting to Armine Till, Global Manager of Preforms, Glass and Water Specialties.

Sobre ti

To excel in this role, you must possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills, along with negotiation and stakeholder management expertise. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic, open to new challenges, and have a hands-on mentality with a strategic business approach.

You also need:

• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong adaptation and relationship capabilities to gain credibility and efficiently network with different functions, as well as externally with suppliers.
• Strong agility and capacity to understand and navigate diverse situations.
• Great interpersonal skills, conflict management, influencing skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to challenge the status quo by exploring new models, technologies, and businesses. Curious, driven, and resilient to overcome obstacles and challenges.
• Equally comfortable with strategy building and attention to detail.
• Understanding of sustainability and driving impact through sourcing.
