Support Engineer

IT & Facility ServiceDesk Support

Are you ready for the next step? As an IT & Facility ServiceDesk Support, you ensure that the employee workplace, site infrastructure, hardware, and software operate efficiently and effectively to support seamless business operations and create a productive and well-equipped workplace environment.

You will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for on-site and remote support, ensuring minimal disruption by quickly resolving hardware and workspace issues.
  • Set up workstations and deploy hardware for new employees. Collect and reset equipment during offboarding, ensuring proper recycling or redistribution.
  • Install and maintain ergonomic workspaces, including desks, cables, monitors, headsets, and docking stations, following safety and comfort standards.
  • Provide first-line support for printers, network equipment, and telephony systems, escalating advanced issues to IT teams or vendors.
  • Track hardware inventory, ensuring timely replacements and promoting sustainable disposal and reuse through vendor coordination.

We ask:

  • Fluency in the Dutch language and advanced English language skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently and collaboratively.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Familiar with working in ticket-based systems such as Jira, Axxerion, or similar platforms.
