As a Project Manager, you will drive key projects that impact our marketing and business strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline, working closely with cross-functional teams. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will play a critical role in optimizing project performance while aligning with business objectives.

This is your daily action

As a Project Manager, you are a key member of the Marketing & Format team, ensuring that projects align with business priorities and drive impactful results. You define project scope and objectives, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently. Your role requires strong stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve successful project outcomes.

You proactively identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies. Tracking and reporting project performance is a crucial part of your role, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance decision-making.

You facilitate seamless project handovers, providing documentation and training to support business integration. Beyond execution, you drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency in project management.

This is you

A strategic and execution-driven project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are an effective communicator, capable of engaging stakeholders and leading teams toward successful outcomes. You bring a structured approach to project management while remaining flexible to changing priorities. Your problem-solving mindset allows you to navigate challenges, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

In addition:

• University degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant project management experience (preferably within retail, or tech sector)
• Strong understanding of product marketing, consumer trends, and strategic project execution
• Experience in agile project management, balancing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to align stakeholders
• Performance-driven mindset with a track record of delivering impactful projects
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (both oral and written)
