• You recently graduated and hold a Master degree in Engineering

• You are passionate to work in a fast past International environment were innovation, technique, ambition and teamwork is key

• You are fluent in English; as well as verbal as in writing

Our Traineeship Program is a unique 3-year program that provides you with all the tools to become a trusted Professional. You will have the opportunity to create your own career path including a special designed Learning & Development program.

Your journey

Right from the start, you will get to work in an operational role and on projects whilst benefiting from a defined structure of training and coaching. You will fulfil two or three different roles during this program. Each role has its own specific responsibilities and challenges. From being a Product Manager, a Pre-Sales Engineer or being a Product Specialist for our Products like our new ClimateHub S2.
