To support all business initiatives with a need for data, Rabobank is implementing a Global Data & Analytics Platforms in the cloud. One of the characteristics is the vision of ensure a frictionless onboarding & support experience for platform users. Our Platform is built on Azure Cloud, and the teams are growing fast. We strive towards high performing and self-managing DevOps teams, where team members take responsibility and are willing to learn. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen one of our teams from area Onboarding and Support. The team is specialized in onboarding users to our Global Data & Analytics Platforms. This squad is part of the tribe Global Data & Analytics Platforms. Within this tribe you will work in the centre of the data driven enterprise. The tribe contains 4 areas:

• Onboarding & Support
• Governance Platform
• Data Platform
• Analytics Platform

As a Business Analyst for this squad within the area Onboarding & Support you make a significant difference.

The squad provides guidance and support to the users of the Global Data & Analytics Platforms. One example of the scope of the team is the onboarding of providers and consumers to our Global Data & Analytics Platforms. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to realize solutions that will standardize and orchestrate the onboarding process. You are the Business Analyst that aligns with other teams about new functionality. The team depends on you with questions about new and existing functionality especially during refinement and planning sessions.

• Understanding the goals and needs of the business as no other. You are able to understand the question behind the question and translate that into (data) requirements.
• You translate business requirements and issues into IT solutions in line with the business and IT architecture using the data platforms.
• You are in the lead for analysis and support the team with ensuring sizable PBI’s are ready on the backlog.
• Being the (wo)man in the middle between providers and consumers of data and between business and DevOps-teams. You understand the concepts and solutions forming the Global Data & Analytics Platforms. You can connect and communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
• You are a sparring partner and reference point for business management, development teams, Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• You challenge and advise the business team and proactively support the development team. You bring people together to get things done.
• You always want to understand exactly what's going on to the details, while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Expertise

• Senior consulting skills
• Experience working scrum in a DevOps team
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Strong analytical skills
• Intermediate functional knowledge of Azure services for data processing and reporting (like PowerBI)
• Intermediate functional knowledge about Application Integration (i.e. APIs)
• Good understanding of data management concepts
• Good understanding of orchestration concepts
• Requirements gathering expertise

Every day the +- 30 squads of the tribe work on innovative solutions to help the Rabobank reach this goal. The members of the tribe continuously improve themselves and their squads.
