THE ROLE:

As a Talent Acquisition intern, you will provide support in day-to-day tasks and can learn the full scope of the talent acquisition processes within the team. You'll provide support to the HR Department for our HQ in Amsterdam and Paris, and our stores across Europe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team with all recruitment activities
  • Being a first contact person for the talent acquisition inbox
  • Main point of administration (e.g., planning interviews, job postings)
  • Handling internal and external mail and giving proper follow-up
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process for HQ and stores (e.g., support in hiring for different junior levels)
  • Dealing with confidential information
  • Support in the implementation of change initiatives and HR Projects (e.g., Campus Recruitment, Employer Branding, Internal Newsletter, etc.)

SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Language: fluent in English is a pre, Dutch is a plus
  • Presentation skills

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Able to work in an international work environment
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • You have an eye for detail and can prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must

Start date: June 2, 2025 / Available for 6 months / Full-Time

Please note that we can only consider your application if you are enrolled for the full duration of your internship at your school or university. Also, due to Dutch legislation, you have to be in possession of European nationality or study in the Netherlands.
