Become a part of ABN AMRO’s team dedicated to transforming lending processes and tools. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement through automation, AI, and innovative strategies. Your contributions will play a vital role in refining front-office effectiveness and enhancing the client journey, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Credit Process Management team (CPM-T) within Financing Solutions (FS). FS is responsible for our customers' end-to-end credit journey. FS offers customers from all customer segments the most suitable credit solution. Depending on the needs and profile of the client, FS offers its products (both standard and tailor-made financing solutions) in the different sectors. CPM-T, a team with around 20 employees, is committed to achieving operational excellence and driving the optimization of our credit and collateral processes and tools. The optimisation involves simplification, innovation, the use of AI, and outsourcing. By efficiently managing regulatory changes and optimisations, CPM-T aims to enrich the client experience and foster a better working environment for the Lending and Lending Support teams.
