• Gross monthly salary between EUR 3,712 and EUR 5,300 (scale 08) for a 36 hour week

As a CDD Analyst you will enable Rabo Foundation to keep on building reliable partnerships. The organizations we support play a meaningful role in the society. To support them it is key that we know them and conduct a Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Because integrity matters and it is the foundation for building a strong partnership so that together we can realize positive change.

Making a difference

In your role you will be responsible for the CDD analysis of our project partners in the Netherlands and around the world. You will join the CDD team at Rabo Foundation and will also work in close cooperation with the business teams. Your focus will be on:

• Conducting Customer Due Diligence on new and existing project partners. In doing so, you analyse known client information and consult additional internal and external sources.
• Identify, analyse and mitigate potential integrity risks, high profile transactions or other questionable circumstances. Rabo Foundation operates internationally in countries with increased geographical risk. It is important that you can assess this.
• Record your investigation results with the right quality and within the agreed time.
• Approaching business relations in order to include them in the importance of the investigation and requesting the necessary information.
• Provide quality checks on CDD reviews and provide colleagues with constructive feedback.

With your talents

As a CDD Analyst you have good communication skills, you are analytical, accurate and able to write down your findings and conclusions concisely in reviews. In addition, it’s important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:

• Bachelor’s/ Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Economics, Legal or Criminology).
• Significant asset management, banking and/or compliance expertise with a focus on Customer Due Diligence, for businesses in an international context.
• Experience and knowledge to analyse (complex, international) legal, tax and operational structures of different types of institutions and understand their risks in the complexity of a global context.
• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Other languages like Spanish or French are considered a plus.
• Cultural sensitivity, including the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds;
• Experience (with CDD/KYC) in emerging markets is considered a preference.
• Work in a structured way: keep others informed, good planning, prioritizing & organizing skills and continuous improving the processes and services.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to solve problems in a complex environment by also understanding the needs of our international project partners.
• Strong interest and affinity with Rabo Foundation’s mission.
