Purpose of the Role

The Digital Master Data Intern will support the Junior Digital Master Data Specialist with the accurate and timely setup of product data for the Digital Commerce department. You will be working mainly on our PIM (Product Information Management) system as well as on our integrator platforms to ensure that product data is fully enriched so that they can be published on our digital platforms on set target dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in creation and updating of seasonal E-commerce master data file.
  • Supporting with enriching product data in the PIM system.
  • Following up on master data error resolution by gathering information from partners and different departments to complete missing data.
  • Assisting in the export of master data from the PIM system to integrators.
  • Assisting in setup of seasonal data within the integrator.
  • Assisting in preparation of new marketplaces data requirements.
  • Assisting in improving the PIM system for better data organization and accessibility.
  • Supporting the Digital Product Activation team with ad hoc data maintenance requests.
  • Crosschecking E-commerce platforms on master data accuracy and opportunities.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree studies in preferably information management or business.
  • Enrolled at a university or other school program during the entire duration of the internship.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel.
  • Extremely organized and precise in their work.
  • Ability to work with large sets of data and different systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience is a plus.
  • Ability to start in April 2025 and being available for at least six months.
