Your role

As a Crew Project Preparation Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating crew-related projects for offshore operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all logistical, medical, and operational requirements are in place before a project starts. Your role involves planning key aspects such as transportation, emergency response, and crew logistics, ensuring that our teams can operate safely and efficiently in offshore environments.

Your role

  • Coordinate all crew-related preparations for upcoming offshore projects.
  • Work with internal teams to determine transportation needs, including helicopter types, charter flights, and local transfer options.
  • Assess project locations to confirm they have adequate infrastructure to support the crew.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and ensure that all crew-related logistical aspects are arranged before deployment.
  • Ensure that emergency response plans are in place, including hospital access, ambulance arrangements, and medical evacuation procedures.
  • Support the Crew Operations Department with necessary contract reviews for service providers such as transport companies, medical services, and accommodation.
  • Act as a point of contact for vessel teams, ensuring that they have the necessary personnel and support throughout the project.
  • Travel to project locations when necessary to oversee on-site preparations.

What we expect from you

  • Preferably, you hold an HBO degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, crew operations, or offshore project management.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively coordinate between departments and external partners.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and find practical solutions for transportation, emergency response, and logistical issues.
  • Experience in contract reviewing and management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary for project-related tasks.
