About Demcon

Within the DEMCON Group, we have our own grants office, the Innovation & Technology team. This team is responsible for identifying new innovative projects, networking for possible collaborations, managing grant projects, writing grant applications and monitoring overall project progress. This team currently consists of seven people. Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a colleague to become the face of our grant projects.

What are you going to do?

As a senior, you already bring extensive experience in working with grant schemes, project management and writing successful grant applications. You are able to independently manage complex processes and act as a sparring partner for both colleagues and third parties. Your extensive knowledge of laws and regulations enables you to make an immediate impact and optimally support clients in taking advantage of subsidy and financing opportunities. You will work closely with our experienced team, where your expertise is invaluable in further optimizing processes and coaching junior colleagues.

• Apply for grants for innovative high-tech and medical projects
• Build and maintain partnerships with both various internal and external relevant parties, such as business unit managers, knowledge institutions and investment companies
• Contribute to the further building of a European network focused on public-private collaborations
• Being the first point of contact when DEMCON participates in consortia
• To be responsible for the project design within the organization
