These are your tasks and responsibilities.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Management Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CFO's office and assisting in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CFO.
• Preparing work and projects.
• Managing emails and correspondence.
• Booking travel and accommodations.
• Sending out reports and documents.
• Taking minutes during meetings and gatherings.
• Providing support in reviewing presentations.
• Ability to take on substantive tasks, such as managing global lease agreements and conducting research.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.

This is what we ask of you:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent Dutch language command, verbal and written.
