Our Replenishment DevOps team has come a long way, from a specialized Oracle PL/SQL team to a versatile group working with Oracle, Kotlin, and OutSystems. While testing is embraced as a shared responsibility, we’re now looking for a Senior QA Engineer with Robot Framework expertise to take quality and automation to the next level.

This is how you will reinvent food retail.

• You will be the expert on testing and automating tests for team Replenishment;
• You will work on test improvements, documentation and optimizing test processes;
• You take a critical look at the quality of your software and the value we add as a team;
• You are able to set up test automation from scratch based on Robot Framework;
• You test in isolation and directly with the services, databases and components and automate them where possible to get a higher level of quality and coverage;
• You coach the development team on quality and continuously improve on (automated) testing practices;
• You work together in the testing chapter to align on overall improvement topic, but you are also capable of coaching other testers.

The E-commerce Back Office domain is all about fulfilling our promises to customers and making sure logistics processes run smooth for all deliveries. We are the part within Customer Tech Platform, that ensures that all orders placed online; are produced, picked and arrive at our customers' homes. As a department we strive to do this as quick, efficient and correct as possible and therefore make a huge impact for our customers. In our Back Office we work in different functional areas, such as

Replenishment, Order Management, Fulfillment, Delivery, Device & Apps, and Demand Capacity, and is divided in 9 DevOps teams.

You will strengthen our Replenishment development team working with Oracle, Outsystems and Kotlin. A big team of 12p (including Scrum Master and Product Owner), that ensures operations to run smoothly by ordering new stock to the 9 home shop centers in NL. Next to that we build and maintain all kinds of smart checks and functionality to predict stock levels and deal with products temporary out of stock.

The recipe for maximum impact

• 8+ years of experience in testing, QA and Test automation or software engineering
• Experience with setting up test automation in Robot Framework
• Experience of test automation and tools (e.g. Setting up a framework, Gherkin)
• Clear communication skills in English and preferably also Dutch
• Experience in working in a DevOps team with standby duty

Bonus

• Experience in Context Driven Testing, Test Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development
• Java, Kotlin and/or SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with testing in Low code frameworks (preferably Outsystems)
• Knowledge of code repo/review tools (GIT, Github , Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of SQL, databases and associated tools
• Knowledge of Docker, Github Actions and automating in a pipeline
• Affinity with or interest in logistics processes
