Consumer Insights Analyst

As our Consumer Insights Analyst, you will analyse and report market trends, brand tracking KPIs and consumer behaviour to help the business improve its marketing strategy, products and services. Within this role, you will gather and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights to guide business decisions. You will also be a trusted partner of multiple stakeholders and be in the drive seat of various ad-hoc consumer research projects.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations and Consumer Insights, and as part of the role, you’ll:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research projects to help our business understand the market and consumer behaviours.
  • Design surveys, processes and other research methodologies to collect data.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the media team to track campaign KPIs and their development.
  • Develop consumer profiles and segments based on research findings.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate insights into business strategy.
  • Keep track of key industry trends and product innovations.
  • Support with setting marketing targets and keep clear tracking of KPIs

More about you.

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights or similar roles.
  • Proficient in marketing and research tools.
  • Broad understanding of market research methodologies.
