As our DTC Application Specialist, you are responsible for the technical application management of the retail applications in the EMEA region. You need to ensure their continuity in accordance with the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as drive the continuous improvements of our retail applications, together with our IT partners and the Retail Operations Team.

How you’ll help us.

Based at our EMEA Headquarters, just outside of Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will be reporting to the IT Manager DTC, and as part of the role, you’ll:

• Execute the continued development of the Point of Sale (POS) and surrounding systems.
• Ensure incidents related to your own scope are picked up in accordance with the agreed-upon service levels.
• Align with the retail business to discuss the specifications of future requirements, etc., based on the priorities as defined by the IT Manager DTC (Direct to Customer).
• Assisting the 1st line support for Retail IT, including improving or creating call scripts, or provide training. Also, providing training to the Retail Ops team with regards to the retail applications.
• Ensuring up-to-date documentation with regards to the retail applications is available and kept up to date. This includes the regression test scenarios for the SIT.

More about you.

• Qualification in a relevant field.
• Five years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of retail applications and processes, including hands-on POS experience.
• High-level understanding regarding store infrastructure.
• Point of Sale implementation experience preferred.
