About the division:

Automotive New Technology Research Institute (ANTRI) is responsible for the planning, research and development of the company's cutting-edge technology, including automotive intelligent technology and new energy vehicle technology.

As an Administrative Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative tasks and comprehensive matters of the team. This includes managing various process submissions, assisting the project manager in team management, and providing communication support to local colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general administration work, including testing vehicle/equipment management, procurement of office supplies and equipment, business trip management, and apartment search assistant for expats.
• Scheduling conference or meeting rooms for upcoming in-office meetings.
• Arranging teambuilding events.
• Assisting in providing reimbursement to employees for work-related expenses.
• Other administrative support functions as required by the project manager.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Have three or more years of administrative work experience.
• Proven organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work on own initiative and under pressure.
• General computer and IT knowledge.
• Works precise and has an eye for details.
• Is good with numbers.
• Good level of English, Chinese, or Dutch.
