About the Role

Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. As continuous improvement manager you will be part of improvement projects in our factory in Elst and you will provide a full range of productivity services to operations, e.g. measuring facility processes and developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Building and maintaining knowledge levels on Continuous Improvement within the site, working with process and Management teams to develop and sustain operational standards
  • Developing, organizing and delivering training/coaching on the Heinz Continuous Improvement programme and Continuous Improvement Tools and Techniques to the Management and Operational teams
  • Leading/Facilitating focused Improvement activities through small cross-functional groups
  • Analysing & reporting on the progress of Continuous Improvement programme for both best practice and performance improvement
  • Developing and maintaining performance (KPI) visuals
  • Developing a waste analysis for all lines
  • Establishing measurable standards at the start of a project and compare actual project results
  • Coordinating and leading key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
  • Analyzing existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).

Qualifications

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. Engineering, Process/Food Technology or Business Administration with technical knowledge
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in operations within FMCG
  • Proven experience of successful coordination and implementation of projects
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
