EE is just over 12 months into the brand transformation to make EE the lead brand for consumer at BT Group, with a vision of becoming the most personal, customer-focused technology business in the UK doing more for the nation and playing a more meaningful role in people’s everyday lives.
We are looking for a seasoned brand strategist who thrives in driving customer-centric brand transformation, with a focus on the longer-term development and evolution of our brand strategy to deliver commercial growth for the future. This role is pivotal in driving the development and execution of EE’s audience-centric brand strategy that deeply resonates with the evolving needs of our target audiences. This role will develop the 12-18 month brand strategy, leading the shift across the organisation to a fully audience-led and integrated approach across our paid, owned, and earned channels.
