What makes this internship unique? This internship is focused on two dynamic teams: Talent Acquisition team and People Development and Culture.

On one hand, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting new talent and giving that talent the best candidate experiences possible. On the other hand, the People Development and Culture team focuses on training, onboarding and the unique Rituals culture within Rituals. This internship is the perfect opportunity to put the theory of your education into practice in an international and fast-paced environment and learn from two different teams.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of the talent acquisition team at our Central Head Office (CHO) in Amsterdam. This team is responsible for the recruitment of our Head Office talents. You will play a crucial part in recruiting our next interns, planning and attending job interviews as well as gaining insight into the entire recruitment process. You will also help the TA team with on-going projects such as campus recruitment events, candidate experience, data driven recruitment and employer branding.

In addition, you will assist the People Development and Culture team with e.g. creating and updating our online onboarding e-learnings, coordination on our learning platform, the Book of Rituals, and supporting other development programs. As a fully-fledged colleague and team member you interact with stakeholders from different departments and we always appreciate your input and creativity. This internship ensures that you get a good impression of the corporate recruitment side of Rituals. Since you will also attend and organize events, this internship will offer you a lot of variety and the opportunity to learn a lot.

Bring all of you

• HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology (related studies are welcome).
• You are ready for an internship for four to five days (5 or 6 months) in an international environment, starting in September 2025.
• You are a strong communicator and must be fluent in English both spoken and written.
• You are an entrepreneurial, proactive and analytical personality with a hands-on mentality.
