As the Lifestage Marketing Manager - Activation, you are pivotal in guiding new users through their first 60 days with bunq, ensuring they realize the potential of our services in enhancing their everyday lives.

Take Ownership

Empower users to seamlessly integrate bunq into their lives and become advocates by:

  • Developing personalized onboarding experiences tailored to diverse user segments, such as expats, students, parents, and partners, to ensure they quickly understand and utilize bunq’s core features.
  • Crafting targeted and engaging CRM campaigns that resonate with users’ life stages and preferences, helping them discover the practical benefits of bunq in their daily activities.
  • Collaborating with product teams to refine and enhance user interactions, making key features intuitive and accessible based on individual user behavior and feedback.
  • Conducting in-depth research into user behaviors and preferences to continuously align our activation strategies with their evolving needs.
  • Setting up processes for gathering user feedback and analyzing data to improve the activation journey, ensuring users remain engaged and satisfied.

This challenge is perfect for you if

  • You have deep knowledge of CRM tools like Braze, Hubspot, Bird, Clevertap or similar
  • You have proven skills in improving product flows & wireframes using tools like Miro, Figma or similar
  • You are familiar with building and analysing dashboards & users' behavioral trends using tools like Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar
  • We prefer if your background is in growing SaaS or subscription businesses across lifecycle marketing or similar growth roles
  • You have strong communication skills in English (verbal and writing)
