Job title:
Algorithm development for ROI detection of VSC monitoring

Your role:

• As an intern, your assignment is to develop new algorithms for Philips' Vital Signs Camera technology.
• Conduct research in the field of camera-based patient monitoring.
• Design, implement, and evaluate innovative techniques for camera-based patient monitoring.
• Document and report results.

You're the right fit if:

• Working towards Master in AI, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, or related field.
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Understanding of state-of-the-art Computer Vision and AI for imaging algorithms.
• Experience in developing AI based Computer Vision applications for imaging algorithms (UNET, YOLO, etc).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks, like Keras or PyTorch and Deep Learning based libraries for imaging.
• Proficient in Python and OpenCV.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.
