Nespresso is looking for a Warehouse Logistics Manager

As Warehouse Logistics Manager, you ensure excellent fulfillment services according to local customer expectations at optimal cost. You enable this by driving innovative and sustainable operations solutions in order to deliver distinct competitive advantage for Nespresso, in line with Nespresso international standards and guidelines, by effectively managing third-party providers. You operate partially from our offices in Amstelveen as well as from the Warehouse in Tilburg.

Your responsibilities as Warehouse Logistics Manager

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers in the Benelux to ensure that business expectations are met in terms of service, quality, and delivery network;
  • Ensuring high service levels for customer orders, catering to boutiques and B2B/B2C club members, to maintain customer satisfaction;
  • Implement regular performance reviews and process enhancements with suppliers to foster ongoing operational improvements;
  • Oversee the budget for third-party logistics services, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources;
  • Regularly manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics activities and costs, providing insights to the Nespresso organization, including Benelux Markets and our HQ in Switzerland;
  • Ensure compliance with Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, as well as Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR policies regarding work conditions and employment.

What we hope you can bring to us:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics and distribution operations and Direct-to-Consumer business model (logistics, distribution);
  • Experience leading projects and initiatives successfully;
  • Knowledge of systems for logistics and distribution processes and decision support, e.g., SAP, advanced Excel, Power BI;
  • Excellent stakeholder management with external providers for warehousing, equipment, and/or transport;
  • eCommerce experience.

  • Salary between € 5000-6000,- gross based on relevant experience and 40 hours;
