Junior Finance Controller - Utrecht

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, reporting to the Finance Director for Netherlands, France, and Belgium. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business partnering for smaller key accounts;
• Supporting month-end closing and forecasting activities;
• Actively participating in monthly review meetings;
• Ensuring accurate and transparent balance sheet management;
• Tracking customer marketing and trade spend;
• Delivering financial insights for various accounts;
• Setting up reporting for new channels and improving reporting for existing channels;
• Becoming a superuser within revenue management tools;
• Providing ad-hoc support to the Sales Finance Manager and sales teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek a strong candidate with a proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a master’s degree in finance;
• Have 0-2 years of working experience in finance;
• Demonstrate solid analytical skills;
• Be a team player who is friendly, outgoing, and assertive;
• Be excellent in Excel and preferably have experience with SAP.
• Speak and write English effortlessly.
