In a nutshell

As a Business Analyst Working Student at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact—you’ll analyze data, help identify opportunities, and support strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Enabling: Achieve operational excellence by approaching challenges with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Building: Create and optimize models for real-time improvements.
  • Communicating: Work effectively with different teams to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.
  • Owning your projects: Take initiative by challenging the status quo and rethinking how things are done. Just because it’s been done that way doesn’t mean it’s the best way. Try us!

Your superpowers

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or last year of Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Engineering, Physics, or related.
  • You have knowledge of fast-paced environments.
  • You have experience with projects involving data analytics.
  • You have the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in a comprehensible manner to various stakeholders.
  • Your communication skills allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python or are excited to learn.
  • Available for minimum 16h per week for minimum 4 months, preferably more.
