What are you going to do?

As an Implementation Consultant at Nedap, you will play a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating our innovative solutions into our clients' systems and processes. You’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality RFID pre-rollouts and full deployments, fostering strong partnerships with clients while driving successful project outcomes. Your problem-solving skills, independence, and ability to overcome unique challenges will be instrumental in creating a meaningful impact for our customers.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure successful integration of Nedap’s solutions with clients’ systems and processes;
• Lead RFID pre-rollouts and full deployments, managing project planning, change management support, realization, and analysis;
• Drive scalability through train-the-trainer programs and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Share in-depth knowledge of solution functionality, technical capabilities, and industry best practices;
• Build and maintain strong, customer-focused relationships throughout pre-rollout and deployment phases;
• Manage projects to meet timelines and budgets, while proactively addressing software issues through resolution or triage.

Your team

You will join a multidisciplinary team within Nedap, working closely with technical experts, project managers, industry consultants, and customer success. Collaboration with teams across different markets and regions will be a key part of your role to ensure global scalability and impact.

Required experience and skills

You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working collaboratively in a team. You combine strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent organizational skills, ensuring that complex challenges are met with well-thought-out solutions. Communication is one of your strengths, as you are adept at conveying ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members, both verbally and in writing. You bring a customer-oriented mindset to every project, ensuring that client expectations are exceeded.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or a closely related industry;
• Fluency in Italian and English is a must;
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, RFID, or IoT technologies;
• Proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, and Slack;
• Experience in project management and delivering complex deployments;
• Knowledge of Retail operations and systems is a plus.
