ROLE SUMMARY

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that all clients have an exceptional experience with our coaches, psychologists, and therapists. At its core, the position revolves around improving business processes, developing and delivering training sessions, and selecting and onboarding the best professionals.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Select the best freelance professionals from numerous applicants, onboard them, and train them during induction days.
• Train and guide freelancers, both locally and internationally, to meet the GORT® Professional Quality Standard (20 quality criteria), while developing new training programs to help them continuously improve their KPIs.
• Foster a sense of connection among professionals, ensuring they embody GORT® values with pride and warmth in their client interactions.
• Collect feedback from the freelancer team and implement this to optimize processes and improve the overall work experience.
• Investigate client experiences and incorporate these insights into training and processes, ensuring freelancers always deliver the ultimate client experience.
• Collaborate regularly with quality managers in other regions, such as Germany, to discuss and execute necessary quality improvements.
• Oversee the training policies for HQ staff, ensuring everyone is up-to-date on improvements impacting freelancers.

• A position for 32-40 hours per week.
• 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek).
• Salary between €3,500 and €4,500 (based on 40 hours) depending on experience.
