Join us and support businesses to navigate the complex ESG landscape, formulate adequate responses to ESG trends and challenges, and make ESG an integrated part of their strategy & transformation.

Jouw uitdagingen

• Advise clients on strategies to address ESG related challenges and seize ESG opportunities across their entire value chain (e.g. Circular economy, Decarbonization, Human Rights, Biodiversity)
• Support the design and implementation of more sustainable business- and operating models to achieve client’s ESG ambitions
• Create clear and visually appealing analyses and reports to adopt new strategies, tools, or process improvements
• Perform operational project management tasks such as conducting interviews, coordinating client meetings, and preparing steering committees
• Be curious and eager to develop yourself in both ‘soft and hard skills’ by attending training sessions and proactively contributing to initiatives within and outside projects (e.g., team days or proposition development)

Dit neem jij mee

• A relevant completed WO master’s degree and possibly some work experience
• Strong knowledge and interest in ESG & Sustainability trends, initiatives and frameworks both globally and locally
• Strong conceptual, problem-solving and (quantitative and qualitative) analytical skills
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English and comfortable communicating in both languages within and outside the organization
• You enjoy working in groups, take responsibility for your own tasks, are proactive, and have strong communication skills

Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?

You will be at the forefront of assisting organizations in navigating the complex and evolving landscape of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. Your work will consist of client interactions, conducting analyses, a high level of responsibility and diversity in assignments. You will get the opportunity to work on multiple areas within the ESG domain such as Climate, Circular Economy, Biodiversity, Human rights, and Sustainable Supply Chain.
