PGGM Business Course

PGGM is constantly seeking fresh talent for the diverse fields in which we operate as a socially conscious pension management organization. PGGM is one of the largest asset managers and pension service organizations in the world. Through various pension funds, we manage the pensions of over 4.4 million participants in the Netherlands. During the business course, you’ll get a fast-paced introduction to PGGM, learning more about our organization, challenges, and opportunities for recent graduates. You’ll tackle challenging cases and participate in a business game to sharpen your skills. During social activities like networking drinks and dinner, you’ll meet other (young) PGGM professionals and gain a complete picture of our organization.

Jouw achtergrond

The PGGM Business Course is highly recommended for students pursuing a master’s degree or those in the final phase of their bachelor’s program. Perhaps you already have an interest in financial markets, sustainability, investing, and pensions, or you’d like to learn more about these topics. You might also be curious about whether you’re the right fit to contribute to a sustainable future at one of the world’s largest pension management organizations and asset managers.

No matter your background, PGGM offers a variety of paths for people with diverse educational experiences.

Important Dates for the PGGM Business Course

• March 31 (Deadline): Submit your updated CV and a short motivation via "Apply Now" – in the form of a letter, video, poster, or another format.
• By April 3: Based on your CV and motivation, we’ll let you know if you’ve been selected for the PGGM Business Course. You’ll also receive a link to an online assessment.
• April 6 (Deadline): Complete the online capacity test.
• April 10 & 11, 2025: Participate in the PGGM Business Course.
