PGGM is constantly seeking fresh talent for the diverse fields in which we operate as a socially conscious pension management organization. We don’t focus on appearances or where you’re from – instead, we care about your competencies and potential for growth. You can start your career in a way that suits you best: as a trainee (choosing from various traineeships) or as a junior employee looking to specialize. During the PGGM Business Course on April 10 and 11, we’d love to get to know you and share all the opportunities within our organization. If we’re a great fit for each other, we’ll gladly offer you an exciting role in our company. You can start when it works best for you.
What You’ll Do at PGGM
PGGM is one of the largest asset managers and pension service organizations in the world. Through various pension funds, we manage the pensions of over 4.4 million participants in the Netherlands. Our mission is to help people achieve a valuable future, grounded in respect for people, the environment, and society. No matter which department or role you join, sustainability is a central theme in everything you do.
As the pension landscape evolves rapidly, we promise an exciting journey ahead. You’ll be in a stimulating environment where your development is key! During the business course, you’ll get a fast-paced introduction to PGGM, learning more about our organization, challenges, and opportunities for recent graduates. You’ll tackle challenging cases and participate in a business game to sharpen your skills. During social activities like networking drinks and dinner, you’ll meet other (young) PGGM professionals and gain a complete picture of our organization.
The PGGM Business Course is highly recommended for students pursuing a master’s degree or those in the final phase of their bachelor’s program. Perhaps you already have an interest in financial markets, sustainability, investing, and pensions, or you’d like to learn more about these topics. You might also be curious about whether you’re the right fit to contribute to a sustainable future at one of the world’s largest pension management organizations and asset managers.
No matter your background, PGGM offers a variety of paths for people with diverse educational experiences.
Are you an ambitious go-getter who loves a challenge? Do you combine your studies with other pursuits like extracurricular activities, internships, or even top-level sports? We’re looking for motivated and ambitious top talents who want to make a difference with us.
