This is how you make impact as a Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be responsible in the broadest sense for the initiation, supervision and successful completion of projects within Neways Technologies. At the start of the project you compile a project management plan; translating customer demand with the budget conditions and the defined scope (QLTC). After approval of the project, you are responsible for initiation, follow-up and successful completion of the project with a multidisciplinary project team.

This is what you bring to the team

• At minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably with an engineering profile
• Relevant working experience in project management
• Understanding of business and technical context
• Experience in automotive or medical technology sector is a plus
• Solid communication and negotiation skills as well as analytical thinking
• An independent, result oriented and accountable code of conduct
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Very good written and spoken English language skills

Your daily responsibilities include

• Management of technical projects with hardware and software development;
• Management of all project activities including budget control and reporting;
• Close coordination with the customer, production and suppliers;
• Coordination of internal and external development;
• Recording and communicating product and customer-specific requirements;
• Commitment to continuously improving the quality of our services;
• Collaboration in multi-site development teams.
