About the job

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Providing commercial and administrative support to a product group;
• Providing promotional content to the process, such as developing action proposals and supervising the action process;
• Maintaining daily contacts with suppliers and branches and helping to resolve operational issues;
• Settlement of financial compensation from the supplier to the Holding or the branches;
• Processing and distributing information for new articles to be created;
• Preparing weekly emails and other communications (internal and external) regarding our product categories;
• Supplement and maintain the image bank for content and marketing;
• Approve/reject price differences to the Finance department;
• Liaising with our Customer Care department, suppliers and customers regarding orders and order pool and customer tickets.

Who are you?

You are:

• You can deal well with deadlines and hectic pace and you feel comfortable within a large organization with a dynamic working environment;
• You are a go-getter, work meticulously, have strong communication skills and are a real team player;
• You have an Higher Education working/thinking level;
• You are administratively and analytically strong and have several years of work experience in the administrative field.
• You are bilingual ENG/NL OR FR/NL
• You have a good knowledge of Excel
• You have an analytical mind
