As a Global Technology Manager Manufacturing, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital factory roadmap and leading the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions in our manufacturing sites. This role is perfect for a driven professional with a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll be at the heart of meaningful projects that impact our global value chain.

What You’ll Do:

• Co-Create Our Digital Roadmap: Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement a strategic digital transformation plan aligned with business goals.
• Drive Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with Manufacturing, Global IT, and external partners to deliver smart IT/OT solutions, covering data & analytics, automation products, and core systems (SAP WM, QM, PP, PM).
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Lead governance for seamless system support and manage external partnerships to maintain high-performing digital solutions.
• Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in Industry 4.0, automation, and data analytics, integrating new ideas into our digital factory roadmap.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a passionate leader who embraces responsibility and enjoys working in a diverse and inclusive environment. While we value experience, we’re equally interested in your vision and enthusiasm for driving change. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

• 7+ years of experience in IT and business/industry roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on technical and functional knowledge in SAP WM, PP, PM, QM, and integration with SAP modules and external systems.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT solutions, including managing costs and budgets.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other OT applications.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, data analytics, and digital factory solutions.
• Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
