This is your daily action

As a New Markets Manager, you will:

• Lead comprehensive market studies and maintain an updated view on Action’s expansion strategy.
• Manage cross-functional teams preparing entry into new countries across Commerce, Marketing, Tech, HR, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Business Control, Finance, and Real Estate.
• Prepare key decisions for and provide progress updates to Action’s Executive Board.
• Continuously refine and improve our New Country Entry playbook, incorporating learnings to optimise future entries.

Meet your team

You will be part of the IHQ Expansion & Real Estate department, reporting directly to the Head of New Markets. Our team is pivotal in leading Action's strategic expansion initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to entering new markets across Europe.

This is you

You are a proactive, organised, and strategy-driven professional with a passion for growth and retail expansion. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders at all levels, and you excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree and completed Master’s with at least 6 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, and retail.
• Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at proposing innovative solutions.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in another European language is a plus).
