Tricks of the trade
- Elevate Picnic Academy: Lead the evolution of our e-learning platform to enhance onboarding and continuous learning experiences, increasing adoption across diverse audiences.
- Coordinate e-content creation: Manage the pipeline for e-learning content, ensuring high quality and optimizing for adoption.
- Collaborate with external partners: Manage external partners to drive innovation and accelerate development.
- Create a blended learning portfolio: Integrate e-learning with in-person training to deliver a cohesive learning experience.
- Launch and evaluate programs: Oversee new program launches, establish success metrics, and measure outcomes effectively.
- Ensure international alignment: Coordinate across countries and leverage People Ops expertise to deliver engaging, consistent content.
- Apply modern learning methods: Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and apply them to improve programs.
- Align with business needs: Collaborate with Fulfilment, Distribution, and Customer Success teams to set priorities and align on approaches.
- Gather feedback from operations: Evaluate digital programs based on employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Guide junior team members: Mentor and support junior L&D teammates, helping them execute projects and grow within the team.
We’re looking for
- Finished Master’s degree (preferably in HR / Learning and Development)
- 5 - 8 years of project management experience
- Experience working in a learning and development program (design, facilitation, blended learning)
- Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English. German and/or French is a plus
- Strong passion for development of people and desire to grow the impact of L&D within Picnic
- Collaborator: you easily build networks and know how to mobilize others to create impact together
- Thought leader: you easily set direction, substantiated with data and stakeholder input
- Creative mind: you easily translate practical learning needs into effective learning concepts.
- Willing to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects
