About the Role

As a Junior Learning & Development Specialist, you will engage in various L&D projects and challenges for our clients. You will contribute to the conception, design, and development of blended learning solutions or create and facilitate diverse learning interventions for target groups ranging from leaders to trainees. Your work will help employees in large organizations grow.

Your Development

Additionally, you will learn by doing during projects with clients and attend training sessions from our development program. You'll get to know your talents, challenges, and energy sources better.

What We Offer

• Your salary comprises a fixed and variable component, ranging between €2900-3100 gross per month, depending on your billability.
• You receive 25 vacation days and choose your own holidays.
