Global Procurement Senior Buyer - Fragrance Caps

We are looking for a Global Procurement Senior Buyer – Fragrance Caps to take charge of managing the Fragrance Caps category. In this role, you will be pivotal in establishing a cost-efficient and agile supply chain for the category, driving sustainable savings, fostering innovation, and supporting growth in alignment with Coty’s overall strategy. You will report directly to the Global Procurement Director.

Responsibilities

As the Global Procurement Senior Buyer – Fragrance Caps, you will drive category strategy execution, supplier management, and innovation to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability across the category.

Your main focus:

• Lead the execution of Fragrance Caps Strategy with 3 plants and R&D Packaging + Brand Buyers (on new initiatives).
• Work closely with key business stakeholders to develop and implement an effective sourcing strategy for the non-fragrance portfolio, ensuring product quality, service excellence, and cost efficiency.
• Create and drive sustainability and innovation roadmaps
• Build strong supplier partnerships to support turnaround strategies and innovation goals
• Conduct detailed category analysis, including spend, volume, pricing, demand management, and cost modeling.
• Coordinate the cross-portfolio activities for the main suppliers that you oversee (globally).
• Lead supplier negotiations for contracts, business awards, and issue resolution.
• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan for category savings in alignment with leadership objectives.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

The Global Procurement Senior Buyer will play a strategic, forward-thinking role within a global matrix organization, demonstrating exceptional project management capabilities and strong business acumen. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and organizational levels while thriving in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.

Other than that, you will have:

• At least 6+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Relevant experience in Beauty or FMCG sector is a strong plus.
• Experience in working in an international environment and matrix organization.
• Degree qualified preferably in Procurement, Engineering, Business or other relevant discipline. Masters advantageous.
• Master the English language on a near-native level
