Location - Open positions across Europe

We are seeking a results-driven SAP senior manager with experience in the Communication and Media industries including TelCo, TowerCo, FiberCo, Broadcasting, Content & Publishing.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in relevant SAP modules, complemented by exceptional soft skills. As an SAP senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of SAP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering value to our clients in the Comms & Media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects in Comms & Media industry, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Provide strategic guidance and tailored SAP solutions based on deep knowledge of Comms & Media industry.
• Build strong client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and communicate complex concepts convincingly. Manage stakeholders at all levels, address concerns, and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior client personnel, showcasing the value and benefits of SAP solutions.
• Lead commercial activities, including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns for the industry.
• Contribute to solutioning, enterprise transformation, and thought leadership in the Comms & Media sector.
• Employ consulting mindset, identify optimization opportunities, and enhance business processes, determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
• Understand clients' operations and align SAP solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor SAP professionals, foster collaboration, and drive high performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
• Develop industry point of view and thought leadership and contribute to develop our assets for Comms & Media.

Qualifications

Necessary Knowledge / Skills:

• SAP-accredited or certified experience
• Experience working with Comms & Media industries.
• Proven experience in shaping and selling S/4 transformations to clients in the Communication & Media industries.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA solution, relevant to Comms & Media industries, including, but not limited to:
• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• SAP Materials Management (MM)
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
• SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• SAP Contract Lease Management (RE-FX)
• SAP Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)
• Up to date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' strategic objectives.
• Consulting experience and a customer-centric mindset, ability to navigate the uncertainty
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
