Role Overview: As an Associate Sales Team Manager, you will recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team. You'll drive sales targets, foster client relationships, and ensure consistent revenue growth by following our proven GEP processes: 18 Steps, Building Your Business, Client Bible, and collaborating with our different teams; Client Services, Candidate Delivery, Customer Journey, Placement Support, Legal, Finance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Development: Analyse data to enhance performance and identify business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, providing consultative advice.
  • Sales & Marketing: Achieve personal and team goals, develop new business opportunities, and network effectively.
  • People & Stakeholder Management: Manage day-to-day team activities, recruit top talent, and ensure compliance with sales policies.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure your team follows our proven GEP processes including 18 Steps, Building Your Business, Client Bible, supported by Blueprint and senior leadership within GEP and SThree.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to recruit, onboard, and develop sales teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Commitment to following and promoting GEP's established processes.
