As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll become an integral part of our People & Culture team and get hands-on experience in various exciting areas. Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): You’ll work on initiatives that go beyond recruitment and influence our entire People & Culture strategy. Help us design programs that foster an inclusive workplace, attract diverse talent, and celebrate different perspectives. Collaborate with the team to develop workshops, tools, and processes that ensure inclusivity is woven into every part of our employee experience.
• Campus Recruitment: Take the lead in building strong connections with universities and student organizations. Organize recruitment campaigns, attend career fairs, and identify creative ways to engage and attract emerging talent.
• Employer Branding: Work on projects that position SkyNRG as the go-to company for people passionate about sustainability and innovation. Help us craft stories, social media content, and campaigns that showcase what makes SkyNRG an amazing place to work.
• Recruitment for Internships and Junior Roles: Take full ownership of the process to attract, assess, and hire our next group of interns and junior professionals. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

Your Profile:

As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who likes to play an active role in building out our business and is not afraid of change. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You must be enrolled in an HBO or university program for the entire duration of your internship.
• Currently pursuing a relevant degree at the HBO or university level, such as Human Resource Management, Personnel Sciences, or Work and Organizational Psychology.
• Remain a student for the duration of the internship, with graduation expected at the end of the internship.
• Strong interest in the People & Culture field and a desire to gain practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with Dutch as a plus
