About the role

As our Senior Sales Lead, you’ll identify and seize market opportunities to fuel SkyNRG's growth. The ideal candidate has experience with innovative products, can nurture leads from prospecting to contract signing, and has strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to navigate commercial terms.

Your expertise will be critical as you actively generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and other creative channels. Through a consultative sales process, you craft compelling sales proposals and ensure commercial terms are attractive yet feasible for both SkyNRG and our clients.

You manage the contracting process towards successful completion of sales contracts. Maintaining and leveraging relationships within your network will be essential, as you stay alert to emerging opportunities. You work closely together with cross-functional team members and collaborate with our Partner Engagement team to engage with existing partners and contribute to our business goals.

Your profile

As a growing company in a rapidly developing industry, we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and isn't afraid of change. Ideally, you recognize yourself in the following:

Must-Haves:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a consultative sales role, ideally in energy, carbon, or commodities markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • A commercial mindset combined with critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating effective sales materials, such as pitches and proposals.
  • Ability to handle all aspects of the sales process, including administrative tasks.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience attending industry events to leverage networking and sales opportunities.
  • Experience or knowledge of carbon markets or environmental commodities.
