THE OPPORTUNITY

As an intern at Wella Company, you'll play a pivotal role within our dynamic marketing team. Gain firsthand experience in a global organization, operating across multiple markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Netherlands and Belgium).

This internship offers a comprehensive immersion into the field of brand marketing. You will gain insight & experience in brand management & the day-to-day operations of a Global organization. Your role is to support the Brand Manager Wella Care & Styling to plan & execute the annual marketing plan across channels – e-com, premium retail, salons, bringing to life bold ideas, always with a consumer first lens.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare key elements in time for the launch of new projects: CRM, Social media assets, translations and presentations ready for deployment.
• Participate in sales cycle activities and deployment.
• Perform research on trends.
• Work cross-function to set and deliver plans.
• Bring your creativity and great energy to brainstorming meetings.

• Self-motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and a dedication to succeed.
• Positive and proactive with a strong willingness to learn.
• Structured and analytical with good planning capability.
• A flexible team player comfortable in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
• Capable to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Possess Microsoft tools knowledge, such as: Powerpoint and Excel.
• Able to work with a creative tool, such as Canva, Photoshop or InDesign
• In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty.
• Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration or similar - will need to be enrolled for the entire internship

This is a full-time internship, requiring a commitment of 5 days per week, based at our Rotterdam office. The internship duration must be a minimum 5 months and should align with your university education.
