HR Transformation is part of the Operations Transformation service line, one of the six main service lines within Capgemini Invent. These service lines develop and deliver innovative solutions for business issues. Role Description

The HR Transformation Lead is responsible for innovating the team’s services and skills, expanding skill sets and service offerings to fully support crucial HR transformations. This role involves setting the vision, inspiring the team, and executing strategies.

The Lead is accountable for the acquisition, delivery, and business results of transformation projects. From the first HR-strategy assessments to delivery, the Lead acts as a sparring partner and trusted advisor, making challenging decisions and fostering a learning-focused environment for consultants. They contribute to the vision and strategy of Operations Transformation and Capgemini Invent broadly.

Ideal Requirements

  • A university degree in a gamma or beta discipline.
  • Over 8 years of work experience, predominantly in a consultancy firm or internal consulting department.
  • Experience in leading multiple process improvement engagements in HR or similar areas with a digital component.
  • Proven track record of initiating and leading commercial proposals.
  • Active in the marketplace with the ability to develop business relationships.
  • Proficient English language skills for business communication.
