You will be an integral part of our vibrant, multi-cultural Learning & Development team, providing essential services across all our businesses in the Netherlands. Our ambitious goal is to optimize the growth and development of our employees and provide diverse learning opportunities. You will support these activities primarily by managing learning data, coordinating training administration, animating digital learning platforms, and taking active part in ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Planning and Organizing Trainings: Support in coordinating training sessions across the Netherlands.
• Logistics Support: Handle invitations, materials, location bookings, and post-evaluation reviews to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Learning Data management: Data analysis, maintaining data hygiene, and support in reporting using MS excel.
• Digital Platform Management: Assist in the animation of our digital e-learning platforms on Danone’s internal social media.
• Self-Development Initiatives: Support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys.
• Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person and manage queries from participants and trainers for the assigned trainings.

Additional Opportunities

Beyond these core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to be part of other projects that will be available during the internship period. There is sufficient room to develop yourself as there is enough to do!

About you

As a Learning Coordination and Data Intern, good communication and being results, and customer-oriented will be second nature to you. You can prioritize your work, and have an interest in analyzing learning data using Excel. On top of that? You’re a well-organized person, who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student in Work & Organizational Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or any related field during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university).
• Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written.
• You are able to work from Rijswijk, at least 2-3 times per week.
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

As a Learning Coordination and Data intern, you will learn about trainings, digital e-learnings and learning data management and have the opportunity to support coaching, mentoring, and 360 surveys. We offer a gross monthly internship allowance of 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
