Each day in our Human Resources department is unique. You are vital to our employees' experience, ensuring they have a fantastic start on their first day. You’ll handle important administrative tasks, assist with HR-related questions, and manage records related to employee health. Your role knows no boundaries, and your responsibilities will include:

• Being an available MBO or HBO student for a minimum of 20 weeks, 5 days a week;
• Conducting selection and hiring activities, such as creating function profiles, managing job postings, and informing candidates about their applications;
• Responsibility for selecting and hiring trainees, including conducting interviews and liaising with schools;
• Organizing staff events like Christmas drinks, Sinterklaas, and the staff party;
• Assisting with school visits organization;
• Handling administrative tasks concerning new and leaving employees;
• Assisting with the daily tasks of the HR department;
• Updating and completing personal files;
• Being available for questions regarding labor law, collective agreements, and contracts;
• Welcoming new employees, including managing paperwork and giving hotel tours;
• Organizing personal events, such as preparing birthday cards and celebrating work anniversaries.
