Route to Market & Commercial Planning Associate

We are looking for a Route to Market & Commercial Planning Associate for a position located in the Casablanca office, reporting to the Route to Market & Commercial Planning Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing the optimal RTM model for each market and ensuring its proper implementation to support volume and portfolio ambition.

What will you do…

As a Route to Market & Commercial Planning Associate, you will:

  • Develop new RTM strategies and optimize existing selling models across Northern and Western Africa Cluster Markets. This involves collecting and compiling RTM data using relevant tools and reports to analyze market performance and benchmark against other markets.
  • Work with Sales & SI teams to segment POS based on their potential, redefine coverage strategies, and generate RTM dashboards to facilitate decision-making and readjust the RTM model when needed.
  • Use RTM reports to track/monitor RTM Execution guidelines fulfillment, alignment, and execution as designed, and improve over time.
  • Design and implement effective commercial planning to anticipate potential challenges, allocate resources efficiently, and remain competitive in the market.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring that commercial activities are aligned with financial goals.
  • Create regular reports on Sales & Trade Marketing activities and performance.
  • Oversee the development, production, and delivery of materials for visibility programs, coordinating with internal and external partners.
Requirements:
  • University degree in statistics, mathematics, market research, or a related field. A master’s degree can be advantageous.
  • Fluent in French, English & Arabic
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, performance metrics, and channel effectiveness to make smart decisions.
  • Clear and effective communication to collaborate with internal teams or distributors to implement RTM projects.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Precision in data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy.
