Role Overview

About the Role - Let Your Vision Drive Technical Excellence:

As our Domain Solution Advisor, you will be part of the new intelligent organization at Visualfabriq and be the driving force behind our innovative solutions. Your role will ensure that we remain the trusted and leading partner in the CPG industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in enabling domain-specific technology solutions for partners and customers.
  • Coach, train, and guide key stakeholders in the global rollout of the Visualfabriq platform, ensuring First Time Right (FTR) Out of the Box (OOTB) implementations and support.
  • Drive the process of formalizing critical knowledge into the Knowledge Base, empowering support and implementation teams.
  • Ensure Visualfabriq’s key partners are fully capable of delivering scalable, develop-less implementations.
  • Take full ownership within your domain, working closely with level 3 support, Product Managers, and Customer Success Teams to document and map all incoming requests.
  • Engage with partners and customers, handling rollouts, development requests, and configurations with a focus on achieving the best results.
  • Collaborate as both a gatekeeper and a sparring partner, challenging and collaborating with Product Owners/Managers on development requests and Roadmap items.
  • Collaborate closely with the Knowledge Team to ensure partners and customers are certified and fully equipped.
  • Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

Core Activities

  • Act as escalation points for Project Solution Advisors for project-related queries related to a specific domain.
  • Address escalation points for live client tickets from L2/3 support.
  • Provide prioritization input within Domain when needed.
  • Contribute to Partner and client-facing communication for all projects/clients related to new product development, handled by the Product Management team.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner and customer within the domain.
  • Test new features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in software delivery and IT project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in consulting.
  • Experience in working with global teams and global customers.
  • Experience in training and guiding partners and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Accountable team member able to work autonomously and with attention to detail.
  • Experience in using tools to support daily processes like Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Your Technical Toolbox

  • In-depth understanding of the CPG industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple market rollouts and project phases.
  • Experience in deploying TPx solutions.
  • Pre: In-depth knowledge of the entire scope of the Visualfabriq functionality.
