Process Assurance Intern

Coty is searching for a motivated and passionate Process Assurance Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

Process Assurance is about improving processes in Coty in Supply Chain by developing capability in process improvement techniques, delivering and maintaining improvement, and applying them broadly including the institutionalization of standards. The Process Assurance Intern is responsible to support the Process Assurance program of improvement in the company.

Your main focus:

• Develop the new process assurance discipline in Coty
• Build an active Masterplan for all key processes in Supply Chain and beyond
• Build capability in Process Improvement activities
• Drive key processes to a state of maintenance where the processes are delivering the desired results through training, process improvement design, coaching, monitoring, and closing
• Run focus workshops for process improvement

You Are a Coty Fit

• Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university.
• Should be studying engineering, process management, or IT processes
• Capabilities in Excel / Visio
• Should be able to translate complex problems into clear processes
• Attention to detail
• Strong systemic approach to work
